One look and you know Xtreme Tactical Rings are all about point-of-aim security and durability. The super-strong yet surprisingly lightweight, six-screw aluminum rings anchor scopes in place on any Picatinny rail or Weaver-style base to deliver unfailing return-to-zero. Available in 1" and 30mm sizes, a choice of four ring heights accommodates the installation of any sight from red-dots to large objective target scopes. The 1" height is perfect for all scopes on AR15/M16 flattop receivers, providing proper cheek weld. Designed and built for the rigors of tactical shooting and massive recoil, Xtreme Tactical Rings are not out of place on varmint rifles or big game rifles that may be exposed to the abuses of hard hunting and magnum recoils.

Very heavy duty rings. Very little lapping needed to get a fine seat on your scope....

Work well, and look excellent. A definite "Best Buy" for even twice the price. Mounted on an AR-30 338Lapua, hit 1K gong on 2nd shot. A very solid product.

These are some rock-solid rings. After buying these I can't for the life of me figure out why people pay up to three times more for their competitor's rings that are no improvement over Burris's.

I have one of these rings mounting a Burris XTS-135 to a CX4 and another mounting an Aimpoint ML3 to an FN PS90 SBR and they are rock solid despite heavy use and high round count. You couldn't ask for a tougher mounting. If you're looking for the best non-QD mount...you've found it here.

Great rings. I use the Xtreme rings on a few rifles. This particular model (high), is mounted with a Nightforce NXS on top of a .50bmg. Tighten them down with a 3/8" socket, and they're good to go... no movement at all.

These are nice rings for the money. Very solid and needed very little buffing to get a good fit up with the scope. They are made wide so they have a large amount of surface contact with the scope adding to the rigidity. My only improvement would be for them to be made in steel versus aluminum which would enhance their strength that much more. Nice rings!

These are enormous, massive rings, so big they are bordering on laughable. But they are well made and very, very solid. A good choice on a massive recoiling gun, overkill on most hunting and target rifles. They are also long enough (front to back) to start causing interference problems with shorter scopes, such as an Aimpoint 9000.

I had two problems with my rings that drop my rating to three stars. First, the screw holes in the top half of the rings were too small; when I attempted to tighten the screws down delicately, the screw threads were catching on the lip of the hole, causing the top half to be squeezed down prematurely. I fixed this by reaming the holes ever so slightly by hand with a drill bit. The second problem was that the rings did not line up in the yaw and pitch axes, according to my Wheeler alignment kit. Fortunately I was able to lap the rings into acceptable alignment, but I had to lap about 90% of the surface area of the inside of the rings. With those two issues addressed the rings now seem to work very well.
