Awesome Sight. Was hesitant in purchasing one with all these features for considerably less than the high-end counterparts. Never owned one like this. Would definitely buy again. Initially felt the image wasn't as crystal clear as I expected. A little experimentation with eye relief & focus revealed perfect image when having both eyes open & focused on-target ahead. Have it mounted on a Sig 522LR, took 9 shots to zero Horizontal/vertical. Built solid, easy to reach controls and comes with a rubber cover only for the lense portion. Don't see a problem with the battery compartment as a few others describe. Just need to be careful and not rip it apart when the time comes to swap batteries. Recommend.

Great value. Mounted it on my AR and it has performed very well. Holds zero and the reticle/color selections are quite beneficial.

Purchased two sights and installed one a Ruger Mark 1 Target pistol and the other on a Browning Buck Mark Camper pistol. Both .22LR pistols are used for range shooting to 25 yards, both indoors and out. Mounting was a breeze. The optics zeroed easily for 25 yards. Windage and elevation directions are clear and correct. Zero has held on both pistols through several hundred rounds each. Lowest power setting on the rheostat serves well in both the dark indoor range and the shaded shooting position of the outdoor range where I shoot. The crosshairs and 5 MOA red dot are the two clearest and most useful reticle choices. The sights were a great solution to aging eyes and an increasing inability to clearly and/or tirelessly align stock open sights. Using the red dot and adjusting the aimpoint for 15 and 7 yards (aim high) I could effortlessly achieve tighter dead center groupings with half-second rapid fire that used to take me 2-5 seconds between shots with the open, adjustable sights.

Not much money invested, but received great performance. Mounted on my GSG-5 carbine in minutes and took even less time to zero. It has been super fun plinking with easy target acquisition, and even on the brightest day the sight does not get washed out. It just adds to the value that you get a selection of two colors and four different sight configurations.

For the price you can not find a comparison. I have spent a lot more on optics of less quality and features.

I mounted mine on a S&W MP 15-22. Easy to install and easy to zero. I was able to leave the iron sights on and can use either. Great buy and would recommend it to anyone looking for a red dot sight.

You cannot go wrong with Truglo, let alone this sight. Warranty and quality. I installed it on my AR and no problems. Tons of adjustment, I was initially 12 feet left and 10 feet low, easily adjusted to zero @ 100 yards.

I have mounted this site on my Bushmaster Carbine as well as on my SKS. It has proven to be rugged and reliable. The choices of reticle and green or red is a definate plus and the intensity on high is bright enough to be used on the brightest day. The only improvment that I can think of would be to enclose the entire sight in a protective armored case. Otherwise, for the price it is an excellent choice.

Just put one on a Ruger MK II Gov Target, replaced a 3 year old very in-expensive red dot. Took less than 10 rounds to zero on a B-2 target. Half the weight of the previous red dot. Quick target acquisition, Very Bright and clear.

Pros= price, clear optic, very light weight, good fit and finish, bright reticles. Cons=Fragile, made in China, a padded lens cover would be great. Summary= best holo optic for the price.

Battery compartment cover is extremely fine-threaded and will come off in the middle of the match, at exactly the wrong time. I'm sending this one back for repair. Coarser threads would be an improvement. Reticle and color options are good and the sight is bright, with lots of adjustment. Just poor battery cover design.

This sight is probably not a bad deal for the money, but I've got another holo sight, a BSA, mounted on another rifle that I like a whole lot better and it was even cheaper. My problems with this sight are: 1. It is just too bright. Even the simple dot reticle in red, on the lowest intensity setting completely washed out the target the second the sun went behind the trees. And it gets worse from there. The greens are so bright I don't know what you'd ever use them for, shooting snow shoe hares on an ice field looking into the sun? 2. The reticles are just too large mil size. The simple dot reticle, at 100 yards completely covered the target I was shooting at... not just the bullseye, but the entire target, so if you normally shoot a 2" group at that distance good luck. If you aren't after that kind of accuracy, maybe you won't mind.

I really liked this scope until I tried to replace the battery. The battery compartment is a part of the brightness/color selector knob. If the battery cover is tight (and mine was) it is extremely difficult to get a grip on the brightness/color selector to keep it from turning while trying to unscrew the battery cover. I finally managed to wedge the brightness/color selector in place and got the battery cap off and replaced the battery. Apparently the brightness/color selector switch was damaged in the process. The sight never worked properly after that. This is a very poor design for the battery compartment in my view.
