Current military issue cleaning kit for the M-16. Contains: Buttstock case, pipe cleaners, double-ended brush, CLP solvent/lubricant, bore reflector, 10 patches, 30" flexible rod, chamber brush, chamber rod, NATO brush adapter, T-handle, slotted tip, obstruction remover and bore brush. Fits conveniently inside AR-15 buttstock compartment.

Neat kit! The Otis system makes breech-forward cleaning easy for any firearm, and the one-piece, flexible rod is a big improvement over the sectional rods that always seem to unscrew themselves at the wrong time. I will be adding an all-caliber kit in the future. Very minor complaint: as a non-service person, I'm still figuring out the best way to pack the buttstock kit! A small diagram would have been helpful.

Great product for the AR-15 owner. The Otis patch system provides the tightest patch fit possible. All of the parts are of very high quality and should last a very long time.

I use these at work all the time and keep a few around the house. Saying this kit is better than the older sectional rod kit with ALICE clips on the pouch is an understatement. Only thing I would recommend anyone buy along with this kit is more patches, pipe cleaners, and CLP to clean it with, otherwise it has everything in it to make an M16/AR15 shine.
