This trigger was easily installed with good results. Pull is crisp with little creep or overtravel. I had to modify the floor plate upper edge of a vz-24 to make room for the safety levers bottom edge, but it was done easily with a dremel tool. I would buy another without hesitation.

I purchased two of these triggers. Both were installed on Mauser large ring actions, one barreled for .30-06 and the other for 7x57. Both rifles have Hogue over-molded stocks and the installation was simple, with the stocks already having cutouts for the safety lever. Both triggers functioned flawlessly with no further adjustment desired. No creep, very crisp and clean. I'll buy more of these!

This trigger indeed came out of the package with a 3# pull as advertised and was very crisp with almost no take up, very little over travel and zero creep. Adjustment was reasonably simple and straight forward. Installed on a Turkish Mauser action mounted in a Bell and Carlson Medalist (aluminum block) stock with a Shilen match barrel in 6.5 x 57mm. Shot a set of three, 100 yard three shot groups at .46, .62 and .49 inches respectively with a load of IMR4831 and Sierra 107 grain boatail match bullets, standard CCI large rifle primer and Remington 7mm mauser brass necked down in a set of Redding dies and then fire formed and neck sized. Good stuff! Recommend this product highly. It's cheaper than the Timney or the Dayton and every bit as good quality as the Timney in my opinion. Dayton Traister is hard to beat, but for the money, I believe this one comes close and has a safety to boot.

Installed it on M48A Yugo Mauser. I had to lengthen the cocking piece because when cocked, it wasn't back far enough to operate the 3 position safety on the bolt. Also had to trim the bolt shroud to clear the safety lever. Had to inlet the stock to operate the safety. Not a drop in trigger, but very easy to install by anyone that is a little bit handy. I have mine set at 3lbs. on my custom 8mm-338 Win. Mag. it pulls crisp and clean. I highly recommend this trigger

Recently installed on a CZ Mauser. Required some grinding on the bolt shroud, inletting on Boyd's Walnut stock, and relief in trigger gaurd. No other modifications necessary and installed actual trigger in minutes. Excellent trigger action, no creep, smooth #3 pull. Would highly recommend this product!

This trigger was easily installed on my Yugo M48 action which I fitted to a Boyd Varmint Thumbhole stock with some Dremel work. It is crisp without creep and the factory setting was great. It is a good compliment to my custom 7mm WSM! Will be buying another for my 22-250!

Just picked one of these up for my Mauser 98 30/06, dropped the works into a Hogue Overmolded stock. Hogue has a cutout where the safe lever is you have to trim with a razor. Also, safe lever hits the original bolt shroud, trimmed it with a grinder touched it up with a blue pen. Whole deal took about 30 minutes. Nice clean, crisp 3lb.trigger pull. Go for it, pretty easy! Great price compared to others. I hated that original Mauser safety.

Got one for my VZ-24 rebarreled to 6MM Remington. Very easy drop in fit with a few swipes of a file to make sure the trigger was not scraping metal, and seems to keep its setting well. Recommended

This is a good trigger for the money, went on in just a few minutes. I had to modify the bolt shroud and the trigger guard but that was easily done with a dremmel, a little stock inletting for the saftey but no biggy if you have a little skill and patience it is real easy. Mine came preset at 2.7lbs. with no travel or creep, just a nice clean break off. I have built three custom rifles in the past with a more expensive trigger, wish I had tried these sooner. I will buy more.

I have this trigger installed on .308 CZ98. Let off is predictable and crisp with zero creep. Trigger etching is nice to use with gloves on cold mornings.

I read the instructions twice, punched out the old trigger pin, cleaned the receiver, installed the Bold trigger, re-installed the old pin, tightend screw, DONE. Worked perfectly the first time. Not sure of weight of pull, but I will not touch any adjustments as it is as crisp as glass with zero overtravel. Required extensive wood removal on Yugo M-48 stock. Have to bend Safety lever or grind bolt shroud due to interference. Would absolutely buy another.

Needed little work to fit a Long Action 98 action known by many names: Interarms Mark x/Zastava/Charles Daly. The bottom of the trigger housing hung just a bit too low to allow the trigger guard assembly to be tightened. The safety pivot runs to this bottom point, so you are really forced to take some steel out of the trigger guard to prevent it from rubbing. Not quite drop in, but easy enough - works great. A good 1/3 of the weight of the stock trigger by the way.

Replaced an unsatisfactory Parker-Hale trigger with this. It went into place perfectly, has a crisp but slightly heavy pull out of the box. The issue I ran into was the safety lever, which was struck by the bolt shroud when the action was cycled. This kicked the safety "on" every time I ran the bolt, obviously not desirable. I used a Dremel to turn down the edge of the bolt shroud a touch, so that it clears the safety lever, and it works fine now. I may adjust the weight down a little, but it is very crisp as it sits now.

I purchased this trigger and a Sunny Hill bolt shroud (without safety) for use on a new Brno 98 action. The bottom metal required a slight modification to clear the bottom edge of the safety (less than 5 minutes with a dremel tool), then everything went together and functioned beautifully. Very crisp trigger pull. I'm not sure of the pull weight, but it was preset adequately light for a hunting rifle. I installed the action in a Hogue overmolded stock, which has a cutout for the new safety, and am extremely pleased with the results.

Drop-in fit on M-48 action. No modifications required to action/cocking sear. Clean crisp letoff but it seems to have greater than 4 # pull weight. In process of measuring this to check. Safety operates similar to factory safety on Interarms Mark X mausers, (rear position = safe, push forward to fire). Safety lever does protrude laterally more than e.g. Mark X safety implying that more stock removal will be neccessary. Have yet to stock this action.
