Very easy to use. I've used it to level all my scopes, I thought that I did a good job "eyeballing" them and found out otherwise. A wise investment, saves time sighting in, and ammo.

Simple, effective, and easy to use. Keeps you from going nuts over canted scopes. Highly recommended.

A very handy item to have if you mount your own scopes. The reticle leveler is very easy to use and mine has more than paid itself off, both in saved gunsmithing fees and saved ammo from trying to sight in a canted scope.

Kudos to whoever invented this tool. Its nice to level the scope without having to level the gun first. Tool levels off of scope base. Worked perfect on 3 scopes so far.

My hat's off to the person who came up with this! I have no problem using one or both eyes, looking into the scope or from 8" to 10" back. It works with the rifle to your shoulder or in your gun vice. My gun vice is about 8ft. from a window with Venetian blinds. By using a level and with my rifle in the vice aimed out the window I am able to use the vertical string on the blinds and the horizontal slats to align the scope. I just stumbled onto this blind method while testing the Segway reticle leveler.

It does takes awhile to get your eyes use to viewing the leveler to the reticle but if you take the time, you will save yourself some grief. Just get it to sit balanced on your rifle (the leveler bar if flat and may need little adjustment to sit on some curved receivers right) and your on your way to getting that reticle positioned right.

Overall a very good product if you have more than a few scoped rifles. If you only have a couple of scoped rifles, save your money and just eyeball it.

GREAT ITEM! Allows the scope to be put on properly. No more "eyeballing" it. A bit awkward at first to use while trying to tighten down rings, but still a great way to level a scope. Highly recommend!

The Reticle Leveler is a very handy tool to have for those folks who frequently change scopes. The brass rod that connects the upright cards lies flat against your scope bases and a rubber band holds it there. With one eye seeing the scope crossshairs and the other seeing the Reticle Leveler horizontal bars, you can quickly align the horizontal crosshair. The system works fine, if not quite as well as a rifle in a gun cradle with the bases leveled with a carpenter's level and the vertical crosshair aligned from a weighted string 15 feet or so away. The Segway is much easier to have with you at the range, however. One shortcoming is the brass rod that connects the two "cards" across the bases - scopes in low rings won't have clearance for the rod to fit between the bases and the scope. Then you'll need your carpenter's level and plumb bob.
