I am exteelely satisfied with the Forster Deburring tool I have used it to reload 500 rounds already and it shows no signs of wear. A great product. I liked the tool for it's feel and it gives great service. I don't use profanity.

The Forster deburring tool is an excellent product for a low-volume reloader like me. I'm reloading for mostly a .357 magnum revolver, and also for two rifle calibers. I shoot 300-500 round per month, mostly .357, and trim about 50 cases per month. I trim all the new brass I buy initially, and my spent cases are trimmed about every 6 reloads. The Forster deburring tool couldn't be easier to use, and it's obviously a well-made high-quality product. A couple of quick twists with one end of the double-ended tool on the outside of the case, and then with the other end of the tool on the inside of the case, is the quick and easy finishing touch on the case trimming process. If I was processing more than 3x the number of cases I currently use, I'd want the deburring tool mounted in the Forster hand-crank base for easier use. But at my level of use, the handheld product alone is more than adequate. At this rate of use I think it'll last a lifetime.

My resent order for a Foster deburring tool was a replacement. My original foster was over 20 yr's old and had become dull.

MY wife bought this tool for me as a stocking stuffer. It was a great precursor to what else was under the tree this year. I've used it to deburr all my trimmed cases, and couldn't ask for anything more from this tool. It's solidly built, and does it's purpose. I recommend it highly for anyone that trims cases.

The product seems to be very well made and I have no complaints. It does exactly what "I" intended it to do. I had used one prior to ordering this one, that belong to a friend, so I did have some knowledge of this equipment before getting one myself. I enjoy your website, keep up the good work.

Used this product to debur 1000 or so 45 cases and 500 or so 270 cases... Works perfect, and is still sharp and I don't think it will ever wear out!!!

Before I purchased this Forester deburring tool I had only used the lee version. The forester tool is 500% better than the lee. it quickly and easily touches up trimmed cases, I now spend 1/5 the time that I did with the lee tool. I have no experience with the RCBS or others and as far as I am concerned I will reorder the Forester tool if and or whenever this one wears out or I loose it, whichever happens first.

Product cuts very well with minimal effort. Seems to be staying sharp--sharp as the first day I got it. Allows me to ream cases faster than other reamers I've tried.

I knew forster makes top shelf reloading tools and based on the reviews here and that my lee chamfer tool was a total piece of junk and did not remove any of the burr from trimming resized cases, just smashed it down, I bought this tool and found it to be exceptional. It comes razor sharp and you WILL take off to much brass if you use a power tool. One to two turns by hand gets the job done very well. Works extremely well for my .270, 30-06, and 8mm brass. Do not drop this tool on a hard surface as it has been hardened to the extreme and will chip. I like this tool better than the RCBS model. This tool is of such high quality that I also use it to clean up or even re-crown the barrels of my rifles when damaged as this tool is very similar to the crowning tool. It just doesn't have the pilot shaft. Have chamfered over 300 cases and crowned 4 barrels with it and it still works like new. Its only downside is if you slip or misalign the tool while outside chamfering u get 3 tiny stinging stab marks in your hand. Its ok you'll only do it once. My brother is constantly taking this tool from me so he can use it for his reloading stuff. Excellent tool, will definitely buy another if this one ever wears out.

It's steel, not carbide, but most deburring tools are steel. Should be easy to resharpen, if it ever needs it. Works great on cases from 223 to 45 ACP. Fits great in and I highly recommend the base for it. Mount it on a block of wood and clamp it down. Then undo it and set it aside for more room on your bench.

The deburring tool is truly of "tool" quality and works nicely. It deburrs the outside of the case quite easily. Having both inside and outside deburring in one tool is particularly handy.

This seems to be a solid tool for low volume case chamfering and deburring. It works well. You may want to consider something different though, if you work with a large volume of cases.

The deburring tool works well in my applications of 7.62 & 6 mm caliber reloading. The inside chamfe is sharp and ceners nicely. The outside chamfer has only three cutting surfaces and sometime it tends to engage the cutters off center. A five surface cutter might be more accurate. My biggest disappoinement is that I ordered a Forster Product, but it is stamped Midway. If it was a more expensive tool, I would have sent it back, since the Forster name is known to be "top shelf" tooling for reloading. Overall a 4.5.

The Forster Deburring Tool does a great job. I have one other deburring tool made from a different company and I find that the Forster's to be much better on the shell cases. It deburres them smother inside and on the outside. A nice finish to the shell cases. As for the tool it self I find that it is a well made quality tool at a reasonable price.

Sharp, well machined, well finished, leaves a clean cut...Suggest a centering pin in the middle of the outside de-burring end (the inside de-burring end is perfect)...When in a hurry I occasionally stick one of the cutter 'legs' in the case & pull the drill trigger...Not the brightest move on my part but as a competitive shooter I have a lot of de-burring to do. The mal-placed cutter usually results in a small cut in the index finger...no big deal just an annoyance.

A quality, Reasonably priced tool. It could be a little bit sharper, as I have used similar tools that were 40 years old with lots of use that were as sharp or sharper.

I have an old RCBS deburring tool for .22 and larger cases. When I started reloading the.17 Remington I purchased the Forster tool. It works OK - what's to go wrong with such a simple device - but I sure wish it had a pilot rod that fits inside the case mouth like the old RCBS tool. It would be much easier to use on small cases.

This is not the one Guys!! I just got mine and have worked approximately 100 cases. The Chamfer end is OK but not outstanding. The deburring end is about useless. It does a very poor job of cutting and does not have a pilot shaft for centering the case. I have to finish deburring with emory cloth on every case. Mine is going in the garbage as soon as another brand replacement arrives.
