This is an awesome charging handle. The much bigger latch is a lot easier to pull. It was milled very tight and seems to be quite solid in overall build. My neighbor, who is a veteran of the armed forces and has shot numerous ARs in his day, loved the bigger feel of it and wants to add one to his AR. I know I'll definitely buy another one if this one ever wears out.

Excellent Charging Handle, much easier to grab than the small stock one. Made out of steel, seems to be very strong and operates perfectly. I bought 3 more.

Tried this latch on two uppers, DPMS and Bushmaster, and it works well in both. It makes it easy to operate the bolt assemble with any scope mounted, and you can easily cycle the bolt with the stock in your shoulder. I've gotten several parts from model 1 with no complaints.

Works great on my flat top receiver with a scope. The stock latch was hard to get a hold of. Great product!!!

Works... Does the job it was designed to do. Not much to tell other then it is extended and does the job.

This is a great charging handle for the money. I have a gas buster in one AR and I actually like this one a little better. Great build quality, very solid. To the people saying it busted maybe they raked on it too hard on just the tactical side? Even though it is a tactical latch you still want to use both sides to charge. I have used it with over 2000 rounds and it is still as solid as day one! Highly recommend this handle and Midway USA!

Very nice product. A definite asset if you mount a scope on your AR. Also great for the tactical style rifles. Quick, easy functioning of the charging handle especially for left handed shooters.

I received my Model 1 Tactical charging handle today, and it will be sent back on Monday. It was bowed to the left, don't think it would fit in a raceway, and the finish was marred in a few places. It almost looks like I got a reject someone else sent back. Hopefully the next one I order will be much better!

2nd pull on the charging handle and it broke the extension off of the side. Not enough material there to make this a worthwhile investment.
