Great tool for my Romanian WASR AK. Works great for adjusting the elevation and windage on your AK. Never had a problem with the tool.

The tool is easy to use, and very intuitive. In no time the sight was centered for a better starting point. Lube the sight with WD 40 if it's stubborn.

This thing is a steal! It fit and performed as advertised, and is sturdy!! And as a bonus, it also adjusts the height of the front sight pin, wish had I bought this first, would have saved me the $4 I spent on the worthless little plastic tool dedicated to the task. F.Y.I. - My piece is a SAR 1 model.

Works great on Norinco and Russian SKS's. A little bulky for your pocket but a lot better than beating the sight sideways with a rock.

Out of the box, this will not work with a Yugo 59/66 SKS. I give it 4 stars (-1 for having to mod it), but if didn't have a dremel tool and tried it on a Yugo 59/66, it would be totally useless. The grenade launcher interferes with the windage placement, and the elevation post is too big for the tool. However 10 minutes with a dremel tool's grinding disk fixed both problems, and now it works fine.

Worked nicely on my wasr 10, you have to make sure the receiving hole is lined up perfectly though, and you really have to crank on it to move it, but it worked nicely.

Good for the money. Broke free a 1967 elevation screw on my WASR. for the windage, I had to take a drill bit and wobble out the receiving end as the receiving end diameter of the press was about 1/16 inch too small in diameter. For $5 , I didn't mind. After that, it broke it free and worked perfect. Good buy if you can tinker with it. Good quality, heavy gauge steel.

It works on a WASR-10 and for the price great. Was tight on mine and one thing that didn't make it great was the impression on the sight base. Might be better if it had more surface area inside of coming to a rounded point.

This tool didn’t fit right for the Romanian AKs front site cylinder. it fits fine on the site post. You must enlarge the cylinder hole to make it work on a Romanian AK.

The tool has to be modified - my windage thing didn't budge - the receiving hole too small. Never used one of these before, wish it came with instructions as to which way to adjust based on bullet placement - found instructions on the net - for $5 guess it's not bad - wish the handle was bigger so you can apply more torque.

Not so good. Would not push the sight pen. Tool metal was so soft it spread instead.

This item is a piece of garbage. The very first time I went to adjust my elevation, the metal of this tool that wraps around the front sight started to split open! The one that came with my AK is stronger than this. Only gave 2 stars since the windage part might actually work.

Tried one of these on 2 brand new MAK-90's. The hole was too small and had to be opened up for the sight cylinder to fit. After this modification, I found that the tool would not budge the windage adjustment on either gun. Try drilling a hole in a wooden block and using a hammer and brass punch. It works much better than this tool.

The hole on the opposite side of the screw was too small. I have a Romanian WASR 10. When I tried to use the tool it was really really hard to turn and I did not want to wrench on it. I saw that the front sight round post that you push right or left would not fit in the hole. It was gouging at the metal of the hole just barely fitting in. And when I would unscrew the tool it was stuck to the post till I pulled it off. I had to put the tool in a vice spray it with WD-40 and Drill Out the hole to a bigger size. After I drilled it out I filed down the burs. Now it works.
