I have gotten grounds hogs 100yards easy. It is a good squirrel gun in the fall when leaves are off. Know if no head shot there you will just be using the hide legs of squirrels than. I got a lot of back legs lol. Yes I say to any one this is a great shell to use. Hunt safe and have a good day.

I was VERY pleased to see Centurion release this ammo and Midway distribute same. My Rem. 591 was a gift from my Dad in 1973 and very special to me, it was great to buy a quantity of ammo and get that special rifle out and shoot. The report and recoil of the first round brought back many memories!!! The ammo seems to group and perform the same as the original Remington stuff from the 70's, shooting into about 1" inch 3 rd groups at 100 yds w/ the Rem.591 (detatch mag feed) and 6x Leopold. Thanks again for bringing this ammo to the market and allowing us to put these great rifles back to work.

I purchased a Remington 5mm mag rifle due to the re-introduction of the ammo by Aguila and am very pleased with both - I've tried to order a 5mm magi contender barrel but they are backlogged due to high demand!!!!!

Love this ammo. I have killed dozens of prairie dogs. Two badgers, and lots of jack rabbits. Never had a miss fire. Beats the 22 mag hands down on accuracy.

I have a 592 that I bought about 1981 with a full box of Rem ammo. I never shot the gun, it just sit for all those years. Then came this ammo! I ordered two boxes and this gun roared to life again. The first ammo had some misfires, but now the problem has been corrected no more misfires. This ammo is accurate and I have done penetration test and I was surprised. This ammo has a very thick jacket, it mushrooms picture perfect and retains weight very good. I have heard rumors of other companies like CCI making ammo. I can't wait! For now though this ammo is all we have so if you want to shot your rifle buy this ammo you can't go wrong.

Dittos to the above...I've not had any problems in my 592, and accuracy seems about the same as the old Remmy ammo. Please note there is a new version of this ammo from Centurion, with a full JHP bullet, 30gr., at 2400fps. It looks similar to the original Rem load, but lighter and faster. Will be trying the new JHP soon.
