I have limited space, so I chose this press for my handloading. I was worried about the amount of effort required to resize cases. I must say that I am very pleased. This press works very well...and does NOT require excessive effort to do any operation. It also provides great feel, when seating primers (with the included ram-prime device). This kit is a great value, as well. Highly recommended !!!

This is a great deal! I'm in a situation where I don't have enough room for a bench mounted press, so i bought this press on a lark. It works just fine. I reload, .357 magnum, .44 Magnum and .45-70 on this press. Along with carbide dies for the pistol cartridges and plenty of lube on the big rifle cases, the sizing is suprisingly easy. Measuring the finished rounds with calipers, the overall length stays within +/- .002", which is plenty good. Excellent for the beginning reloader, or those who are short on space.

This little press is an excellent value and is an especially great addition for those who load hand gun cartridges. Although it can be done, I would not recommend it for full length sizing large bottleneck rifle cases on a regular basis. For less leverage intensive tasks it performs quite well. I used mine the other day to seat and crimp 120 rounds of .38 Special and 100 rounds of .45 Colt while watching a video in the comfort of my living room.

I have used this press for close to a year now to start with and have to say I've had no complaints with it. It has done everything form priming to F/L sizing rifle cases. I have since gotten a bench mounted press, but still use the hand press for priming and decapping in front of the TV.

This is a very good product. I ordered this hand press because I do not have room to set up a table for reloading. The hand press lets me work anywhere I can sit down. It is easy to use and, once you have set up your dies and figured out the best way to measure out your powder, you can work up to loading between 50 to 100 rounds per hour. A very good investment.

It doesn't get any better than this for those with limited space or loading small quanities. I've used other large single-stage presses in the past along with progressive presses and even a Lee Loader for my dad's old .300 Savage. This kit handles my .45 Colt loads easily and will shortly be loading all of my 7mm-08 loads as well. I tried it with my friends .308 Win. dies and full length sizing wan't an issue. Surprising, but true! I'll never be without one of these again. Even if I get another press for high volume.

This is a great press for anyone with limited space or who wants to reload at the range. I have used mine to reload 1000s of 10mm and .45 rounds. I love it as long as I'm not trying to load more than 100rds at a time. It also works great for my .243.

I purchased one from Midway a month ago and haven't touched my Challenger or Dillon presses since (except when I need to load volume). For making up 100 rounds of .38 or .45 target ammo, or for any rifle rounds, this thing is the best - and now I reload at the range to test new loads. Still prefer the Lee Auto Prime over the Ram Prime included with this kit.

I've had this hand press four or five years now and use it more than the three hundred dollar progressive on the bench. It's better-made than it looks like it might be and works really well with the Lee all-in-one dies. Perfect for taking out shooting.

This is a great press for the beginner handloader or someone who only reloads small amounts of ammo at a time. It operates smoothly, without needing excessive force. I've loaded a couple hundred rounds of pistol ammo and have been impressed so far.

This is the best tool I've ever seen. I use my bench press to load volume but I can sit and watch TV or sit out in the yard and reload or just use it to size cases. It is very fast, easy and holds up. I take it to the range with me to test loads. It's the best!

I use the Lee Hand Press for the majority of my test loads. It is quick and will work on even the large magnum cases. It is great at the range when I am loading for that exact accuracy load. I found that it is very durable. I have used it on thousands of loads without any trouble.

Think about it: depriming/sizing:4 rds/min. Priming with auto prime: 6 rds/min. Expanding:8 rds/min. charging with a calibrated dipper:5 rds/min. Placing the bullets: 10 rds/min. Seating:10 rds/min. Total:100+ rounds/hour. Excellent quality and design. Buy it with total confidence.I just finished loading 330 rounds of .40S&W and I AM VERY IMPRESSED!!!

This was my first press and I used it to make some pretty good .243 rounds. I now load with a Lee Classic Cast but this press is perfect for resizing cases anywhere and I still prefer it to factory crimp bullets.

I used to load all my shells with the Lee Loader. No complaints. Then I bought this little gem along with the carbide dies. I am getting ready to order another... I only load for the .357 Mag. and it just plain works. I'm a happy man.

Wow. What a handy and easy press to use. I borrowed 2 from a friend and will be getting 2 for myself. Great for two people working at the same time or at the range. Saves me reloading costs as I can reload only the charges I want to test. GREAT PRODUCT.

I have loaded 4000 rounds of 30-06 and also +-1200 .303 Br rounds on this press. I have shot sub moa groups on a regular basis and with the right bullets this happens every time. I do not think I will be able to load ammo that is more accurate with a press costing a lot more! If the alignment between the die and arm is 100% the ammo will be accurate!

Purchased this a while back. Very easy to use, lightweight and doesn’t take up much space. Make sure you properly lubricate your shells before working on them as this will make your arms thank you in the long run.

Fantastic value from Lee. Very lightweight and compact. Easy to use. The ram prime works great. I probably won't charge my cases with the powder-through-expander die on this press because I'm afraid I'll spill it during operation. The handle is a little uncomfortable, but not terrible. I did cut myself on a case as I was resizing and got the end of my ring finger in the case mouth as it went into the die cavity! That was just dumb on my part, but I learned to watch where I put my fingers. I have a Lee Loadmaster, but it is so nice to not be stuck over a bench when reloading. Thanks, Lee!

1st... I really miss my PRO 1000!!! But this is a really the best TOOL to get the job done! I do about 100 rounds in a sitting. That’s about all I can get done. I have loaded just over 1500 rounds with this thing. No need to set up a bench... just sit and start to load. I think I should get another two!!! One for each die...

Bought one of these a few weeks ago and it is the best reloading tool I have ever seen. Resizing 45-70 cases is a breeze and requires very little effort. Bullet seating seems to be more accurate as you develop the ability to feel what is going on in the case. Currently seating at about +-.0005 accuracy, a number I never thought to see on my bolt down press. I am able to process the rounds at about twice the speed as a single stage press which was a big surprise. This is a wonderful tool. I may be packing my single stage press away because I think that this press is superior.

One of the handiest tools I have purchased in a very long time. It is indispensable for use at the range, to work up loads or take camping to replenish your rounds without having to pack a bunch of shells with you. Works fabulously with Lee’s collett die, full length sizing is a bit more difficult but doable. Using an RCBS competition seater die works the best for me because it has a window to drop the bullet in when seating.

The Lee Hand Press Kit was my first experience in reloading. I also bought a Lee Deluxe pistol die set with the carbide factory crimp die for .45 ACP. I've loaded 200 rounds so far that all fired perfectly with tighter groupings than I was getting with factory ammo. I also bought a Dillon progressive press but I haven't felt the need to use it because the Lee press works so well.

I bought this after moving into an apartment. I keep it in a canvas mechanic's bag with my dies, scale and powder measure. I break it out at home, the range or wherever. It's not quite as fast as a bench mounted press but reloading isn't about speed for me. I sold my single stage press not too long ago and rely on this model alone!

Handy backup tool , does the job when you don't have access to a bench. Well worth every penny I paid for it. Have used in a deer camp when I wanted to change loads.

I've loaded about 4,000 rounds of 9mm with this press. For what you pay, it does a fine job and allows people with limited space to take up reloading...anywhere. I only have two gripes, the pivot pin is getting a bit sloppy but doesn't seem to affect operation. Also the ergonomics could be better. Otherwise a great press for what you pay.
