Review #1 is correct. Hit Google for a wood rack, it's always this[!], countless hits, same product. A little sanding/ several coats of poly makes it presentable. I'm no wood- worker so I'm satisfied.

I guess you get what you pay for. The finish on this rack is really poor quality. I think I might just add a coat of varnish, because the factory did a terrible job. Now that I see how this rack is constructed, I think I might be able to build one that's even prettier for about $5 and 10 minutes of my time. Not what I'd call a good buy, but then again I wouldn't really call it a bad buy either.
