Bought a new Kimber Ultra (2) Carry in 45 ACP. The Kimber mags suck. Ordered one of these to try it. Ordered 4 more upon receipt and using it. Works great in my Kimber. No more feed problems. No more insertion problems. Love the little rubber thingy on the bottom, sticks out of the Kimber mag well just far enough you can push the mag in without contacting the mag well sides thus insuring a good seating of the mag. Dropped it many times in dirt and concrete doing quick mag changes and they just keep on working. Extremely easy to disassemble and clean & lube. Highly recommend. Happy Sniping. Semper Fi.

Very good 1911 magazines. The Wilson follower is unique and seems to function better in compact 1911s.

I bought 3 of these for my colt defender and they functioned perfectly. The polymer follower won't tear up your feed ramps like the steel ones do. If you're having failure to feed probs try these mags and it'll probably solve your problems. The one thing I did have to do was file down the tab that comes up from the base pad as it was hitting the grip on my defender and would not lock in. I think this is something specific to the defender as my s&w compact es (cco) fit these mags fine. Highly recommended!

I bought 5 of these magazines for my Kimber Compact CDP II. 3 of them work just fine, but the base pads on two of them have popped loose while I was shooting, and I wasn't able to get them to stay on, even after having several qualified people look at them. Furthermore, I've had several malfunctions with these two magazines. I will say in Wilson's defense, that they're going to send me new base pads and retaining plates, plus said they'd completely replace the mags if that didn't work.
