These extra bushings allow the reloader to quickly and easily change dies in seconds. Dies fit inside of the bushing which allow them to be quickly removed from the press leaving the die setting intact for the next reloading session. Saving valuable setup time. These bushings are designed for use in Lee Breech Lock Reloading presses only.

It's very nice to set dies once and not have to worry about them shifting around. The only downside I can see with them is that there's a minute amount of extra "slop" involved any time you have more connection points like this. They're a great time saver for me loading handgun ammo on a challenger press though.

Been loading for over seven years, then switched to the Breech lock system, and have been truly amazed. Currently have dies set for three pistol calibers and seven rifle calibers. The Breach lock challenger and lock system has save me time and effort in reloading.

Once your dies are set to your personal satisfaction, use of the bushings provide absolutely repeatable results with no further adjustments by a simple snap lock mechanism.

Love the Breech Lock system. Makes changing dies a real snap. I can do it with one hand.... and don't loose my settings. I am loading for 2 different calibers and have all my dies breech locked. I also have an RCBS press that I use less now that I have this Lee System. Well made, outstanding, repeatable performance. If you're new to reloading or an old hand I think you may find this system a god send. Enjoy your shooting. Larry aka The Giver of Doom!

I haven't loaded ammunition in years and when I got a new 444 Marlin, I decided to look for a press and start again. The Lee Breach Lock Challenger just seemed to make sense. After I've used it I know it makes sense. I am also loading two different Pistol rounds and all the dies are adjusted once with the breach lock bushing. I can switch from rifle to handgun loads with no die adjustments.

If you own a Lee press that uses the breech lock mechanism, do yourself a favor and get bushings for every die you use. Die changes are a snap and if you load a lot of the same thing you can pretty much set 'em and forget 'em! For the price, it doesn't make sense to not have them for every die you own - just an opinion, but that's what I'm doing. 5 Stars - great job Lee!

Product is good. This is better than the Hornady LNL bushings since it locks in place in the Lee Breech Lock Press. My only wish is that Lee offers a conversion bushing so I can convert my Lee Classic Cast Single stage press to use Breech Lock system. However, this breech lock is recommended!!

Some day all presses will be Breech lock systems in my opinion. Another way Lee leads innovation in the industry. Love the set and forget versatility.

I'm new to reloading and a first time buyer of Lee Products and love the Breech lock ; It's so simple I read my directions and set my dies , once they were set I never had to reset them again. I will get bushings for all of the dies I buy !

So...how did we live without these for so many years? Lightning fast caliber change. Received some with my Anniversary Kit and purchased more of them. Excellent product from an excellent manufacturer.
