Tons of storage space for my holsters, mag pouches, cleaning supplies, hearing protection and more! I never have to worry about having enough holders for my mags either. I'm usually the best equipped at the range! This is THE range bag.

Has room for all my range gear and several compartments for extra pistols. Strong enough to carry a heavy load - I have filled it up with 300 to 400 rounds at a time + all my gear, no signs of stress so far.

I have been using this bag for the past 2 years as my primary bag for competitions. It has plenty of room to haul cleaning gear, 3 pistols, all my mags / speed loaders (I shoot both pistol and revolver) eyes, ears, target pasters, everything I need! It has held up well over the last two years, and shows no signs of wear. What I really like is the "inner" bag. It is the perfect size to carry my esentials to the firing line. The only thing keeping this bag at 4 stars is the shoulder strap. When I am loaded up for a weekend of shooting, the strap will not stay adjusted. The bag is heavy enough to pull out to its maximum length, which is just too long to walk with comfortably. Fix the strap and it would be an easy 5 stars.

While it is a nicely constructed bag and holds a lot of gear, I was very disappointed that the zipper pulls were a nylon string instead of a real metal zipper tab. You see, here in the People's Republic of Kalifornia your weapon has be locked in a container apart from your ammo. Running an luggage lock through a metal zipper tab to lock the weapon in its compartment with your ammo stored in the large main cabin would make a legal transport situation. However, I can't expect any LEO to take seriously a lock run through two nylon strings. Therefore, this bag is a disappointment for me, I expected more from 5.11 as everything else I have from them is great. If you live in Kalifornia save your money and buy the Midway USA equivalent. It's half the price and has metal zipper pulls, easier to be legal!

Storage space is plentiful in this bag. The side pockets have a purpose and hold everything you need to bring to the range nicely. My bag specifically had a problem with the shoulder strap. I only had 3 pistols and their magazines along with eyes and ears in it when the shoulder strap broke. No ammo in it or spent brass. I was very disappointed especially with what the bag costs you would think the clasps to the shoulder strap to be a bit more heavy duty. Everything else on the bag works well and hasn't given me a problem and I've had the bag for about 2 years now.
