2022 was my best season yet on the Bassmaster Elite Series. It was my ninth season on tour and in those 9 seasons I’ve qualified for 8 Bassmaster Classics. That is a stat that I am very proud of because it shows consistency as an angler, and that is something I have always strived for. I was fortunate enough to get two wins in 2022 as well, one in the Bassmaster Opens and one on the Elite Series. These were the first two wins of my career and it definitely felt good to finally seal the deal. Having all my family and friends there at Pickwick Lake in June to see me win my first blue trophy is a moment I will never forget. I am more excited about 2023 than I think I’ve ever been at the start of a season. I’m very comfortable with where I am as an angler right now, and I’ve been playing around with some new techniques and baits in the off-season that I’m excited about. It won’t be long, and we’ll be kicking off the Elite Series down south in Okeechobee, Florida. Y’all be sure and follow along!
