Post Season Scouting Tip

By Midwest Whitetail • January 12, 2023

Post season scouting is an extremely effective way to gain information about a piece of property. Highly trafficked deer trails are much more apparent and sign such as deer beds can be easily identified in an area with snowfall. You can often find trees that tend to hold their cover late into the season and thus provide a great location for a stand. You may even find a shed antler two while you are out there! With just a quick look around one can gain knowledge that will help them better prepare for the hunt the following season!
