MidwayUSA Hires Phillip Walls as IS Helpdesk Technician
MidwayUSA is pleased to announce the addition of Phillip Walls to the Informations Systems department as a Helpdesk Technician. Walls earned a Network Administration/PC Technician Associate of Applied Science degree from State Fair Community College – Sedalia, MO. Walls is an NRA member and has served in the United States Air Force.
“After six years in the US Air Force, my desire to take part in a community of dedicated professionals has only grown stronger,” said Walls. “I know now that MidwayUSA is the team I've been looking for!"
As a Helpdesk Technician, Walls will be responsible for responding to the user community with information technology related questions in person, electronically, and by telephone. He will also perform root cause analysis for all workstation based hardware, software, and client side network issues.
“The expansion of our Information Systems staff further strengthens our ability to meet the needs our Customers," said Joel Felton, Vice President of Information Systems. "Phillip has a great passion for IT and has the drive to continuously learn new technology. He is a great addition to the MidwayUSA Information Systems team.”
