Backorder Policy

We make every effort to deliver your backorder(s) as quickly as possible while minimizing shipping costs.

When a single product is backordered, we ship it out as soon as it is received. When multiple products are backordered on a single invoice, we hold each product as it arrives so we can ship all backordered items together. Once any backordered product has been in our warehouse for 30 days, we automatically ship that product to you, along with any of your other backordered products that are in stock at that time. All backorders ship via the most economical shipping method possible.

You will not be charged for any backordered items until they are ready to ship to you.

You can check the status of your backorder(s) in the Current Backorders section of your Account.

  1. Select My Account at the top of most pages.
  2. Sign in to your account (if you're not already signed in).
  3. Select Current Backorders from the menu.

If for any reason you need to Cancel Your Backorder you can do so in the Current Backorders section of your Account.

In the rare event that we’re unable to fill all backorders for a product within 365 days, all backorders for that product are cancelled. In most cases where this is necessary, it’s due to unusually high demand or a lack of raw materials, and our Suppliers have indicated that they can’t provide us with a reliable date when we would receive enough to satisfy the backorders.
