Cancel / Change Current Backorder

To cancel or change a current backorder, please do the following:

  1. Select My Account from the Account dropdown in the main navigation menu.
  2. Sign in to your account (if you are not already signed in).
  3. Select Current Backorders in the navigation.

Once in the Current Backorders section, you can:

  • Cancel specific items by clicking the "Cancel Backordered Item" button
  • Change the payment method for specific orders by clicking the "Edit" link next to your credit card information
