Colorado Retail Delivery Fee
July 1, 2022 – Colorado imposed a mandatory Retail Delivery Fee of $0.27 per retail sale for any delivery, which includes at least one item subject to Colorado state sales tax, into the state of Colorado by motor vehicle. MidwayUSA must collect and remit the fee to the Colorado Department of Revenue. As required by law, the fee must be listed separately on the invoice and labeled as a Retail Delivery Fee.
