Contacting FFL Dealers
In many cases you will be required to contact your selected FFL Dealer before shipping a gun to them. This is to ensure that the Dealer you have selected is able and willing to receive your order and perform the transfer. All FFL Dealers will have a phone number listed in our FFL Finder.
Dealers marked as Preferred or No Contact Required have agreed to transfer firearms for our Customers without prior arrangement. If you are shipping to one of these dealers, you may complete your purchase without contacting the dealer.
This occurs when all Customer Service Representatives are busy serving other Customers, or Customer Service is closed. Customer Service Chat is open Monday - Sunday, 8:05 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. CT.
