MidwayUSA provides a quick and convenient Customer Curbside Pickup/Return Service!

When picking up your order, please have your photo ID ready and provide the make, model, and color of your vehicle and we will bring your order right out.

When you arrive, please call our Customer Pickup line 1-877-320-0067 for fast friendly curbside service.

We will contact you if you haven’t picked up your order within 5 days. After 15 days, we will return the product to inventory and put the credit back on your credit card.

For order returns, please use our Returns Center to submit your return. Once your return has been submitted, you can bring it to MidwayUSA for drop off during our Curbside Order Pickup hours.

Westbound on I-70 (from Columbia):

1. Take exit 117 (the Huntsdale/Harrisburg exit).
2. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn right onto Highway J.
3. Once on Highway J, continue North for .8 miles
4. Turn right onto the MidwayUSA Campus and follow the signs to the MidwayUSA Customer Curbside Pickup.

Eastbound on I-70 (toward Columbia):

1. Take exit 117 (the Huntsdale/Harrisburg exit).

Can I place an order at the MidwayUSA Campus?

We’re very sorry, but our MidwayUSA Campus is a secure facility and we’re unable to allow visitors into the building. You can still access all our services online at www.midwayusa.com and use our quick and convenient Customer Curbside Pickup Service.

Can I return an order at the MidwayUSA Campus?

Yes! First, you will need to submit your return using our Returns Center. Once your return has been submitted, you can bring it to MidwayUSA for drop off during our Customer Curbside Pickup hours.
