How do I adjust my Backorder?

To adjust your Backorder(s), please do the following:

  1. Click the My Account link in the upper-right corner of most pages.
  2. Sign in to your account (if you are not already signed in).
  3. Click on the Current Backorders link on the My Account page.

Once on the Backorders page, you can do the following:

  1. Change your credit card.
  2. Remove certain products, or cancel your entire order.
  3. Partial Backorder Release: Ship products that are part of a backorder but are now in stock.
