Prepaid Return Shipping Labels
After submitting your return using our Customer-Friendly Returns Wizard, you will be given a prepaid shipping label.
- USPS Prepaid Shipping Label - Package weighs less than one pound and does not contain DOT-regulated items.
- UPS Prepaid Shipping Label - Package weighs one pound or more or containing DOT-regulated items.
If you decide not to use the prepaid shipping label we have provided, you are welcome to use any shipping carrier and method that is most convenient for you. It is important to note that if you choose to ship your return without using the prepaid shipping label provided, we cannot guarantee that you will be refunded the full cost of your return shipping.
Return your product in the package in which it was received, or please seal it securely in a sturdy shipping container. Please remove any pre-existing shipping labels on the package you wish to return. Then, securely attach the printed label to your package.
After validating the reason for the return was due to a MidwayUSA error, a defective product or the product was damaged in shipment, the cost of the return shipping, up to the value for shipping the item as listed in our rate chart, will be refunded.
