Status of My Powder Order

Smokeless Powder and Primers ship from our warehouse with other products. This ensures no more than one Shipping Charge and one HazMat Charge per order (unless you also order products that ship separately from MidwayUSA or our Suppliers and oversized product charges still apply). Each order is limited to no more than 66 pounds of Smokeless Powder and Primers combined. Smokeless Powder and Primers are considered hazardous materials, incur HazMat Charges, and can only ship ground freight within the continental U.S. Due to safety considerations and legal/regulatory reasons, Smokeless Powder and Primers cannot be returned.

For orders shipping with gun powder:

Once your powder order has shipped, you will be able to track it by doing the following:

  1. Click My Account at the top of most midwayusa.com pages.
  2. Sign in to your account (if you are not already signed in).
  3. Click Orders on the left side of the page.
  4. Click the tracking number under Shipping Info next to the appropriate order.

For pickup orders containing gun powder:

Order containing gun powder have different pickup times as the transportation from our powder magazine takes a bit longer. Orders containing gun powder placed by 1:00 PM CT are typically available for pickup after 5:00 PM CT on days we have regular business hours. Orders containing gun powder placed after 1:00 PM CT are typically available after 5:00 PM CT the following day. When your order is available for pickup we will send you an email and/or text message to the email address & phone number associated with your account. You must sign up to receive text messages from MidwayUSA, we will not send them to you if you are not signed up.
