Larry Potterfield Speaks at KYCPE Annual Conference

Larry Potterfield, Founder and CEO of MidwayUSA, recently spoke at the Kentucky Center for Performance Excellence Ninth Annual Conference and Awards Celebration in Lexington Kentucky. In his opening keynote Larry discussed 10 key points that help MidwayUSA achieve its vision to be the best run, most respected business in America for the benefit of its Customers. In a break-out session that followed, Larry gave a presentation on strategic planning where he broke down the steps of MidwayUSA’s Strategic Planning process from A to Z.

Larry Potterfield serves as MidwayUSA’s CEO and Chairman of the Board.  He is a husband, a father, a grandfather and a lifelong student of shooting, reloading, gunsmithing and hunting.  In business, he is a student of leadership and modern management practices.  MidwayUSA is ISO 9000 registered, a winner of the 2009 Missouri Quality award and recipient of the 2009 Baldrige National Quality Award.  The Vision at MidwayUSA is “To be the best run business in America.”
