Larry Potterfield, Founder and CEO of MidwayUSA, will give the opening keynote at Minnesota’s 2014 Performance Excellence Network (PEN) Conference to be held April 14th–15th at the Earle Brown Heritage Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Larry’s speech entitled, “How Does MidwayUSA Sustain Results with Baldrige?” will be delivered at 9:10 AM followed by a break out session at 9:45 AM entitled “Best Practices in Strategic Planning.”

Larry Potterfield serves as MidwayUSA’s CEO and Chairman of the Board.  He is a husband, a father, a grandfather and a lifelong student of shooting, reloading, gunsmithing and hunting.  In business, he is a student of leadership and modern management practices.  MidwayUSA is ISO 9000 registered, a recipient of the 2008 Missouri Quality award and recipient of the 2009 Baldrige National Quality Award.  The Vision at MidwayUSA is “To be the best run business in America.”
