MidwayUSA is pleased to announce Abby Underwood as Inbound Operations Manager – Logistics. Underwood, an avid hunter, began her career with MidwayUSA in 2007 as a Financial Services Assistant, focusing her efforts on serving Suppliers through a supporting role in Accounts Payable. She worked her way through undergrad earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2009 and Masters of Business Administration in May of 2014 from Columbia College. Most recently, Abby served as Financial Manager – Accounts Payable.

“I’m very excited to take on the role of Inbound Operations Manager – Logistics, and for the opportunity to continue to serve our Customers,” said Underwood. “It’s an honor to work with talented and engaged colleagues who share my values, culture, and passion for the industry.”

In her new position, Underwood will be responsible for the performance and efficiency of Inbound Operations, including Receiving, Stocking, and Warehouse processes.

“Abby demonstrated great focus in serving our Suppliers and supporting internal departments during her tenure as our Financial Services Manager,” said William Burke, Vice President of Logistics & Customer Support. “Her focus and leadership acumen made her the perfect choice to lead the efforts of our Inbound Logistics Operation; responsible for the performance and efficiency of our Receiving, Stocking, and Warehouse processes.”
