MidwayUSA Announces Dave Loucks as Customer Support Managerby MidwayUSA
MidwayUSA is pleased to announce Dave Loucks as Customer Support Manager. Loucks earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, with a minor in Marketing, from Columbia College. An avid angler and outdoorsman, he was welcomed to the MidwayUSA family in 2008 serving as a Logistics Supervisor. Three years later, he was promoted to Inventory Control Manager where he led the development of improved inventory control practices for Logistics.
“I’m excited for the opportunity to work more closely with our Customers and help achieve our number one company goal of Customer Satisfaction,” said Loucks. “I look forward to applying my background in systems management and over 20 years of logistics experience, to drive improvements to our Customer Support processes. Most of all I look forward to wowing our Customers.”
In his new position, Loucks will provide tactical leadership to Customer Support daily operations, and will be responsible for the development, implementation, and improvement of performance measures and goals.
