MidwayUSA Awarded a Second BizRate Research Circle of Excellence Platinum Award

This is the second consecutive year MidwayUSA has received a Platinum Award.
The Circle of Excellence recognizes online retailers who demonstrated outstanding performance throughout the year. Over 3,000 quality consumer-rated online merchants are considered for awards. To qualify for the award, retailers must participate in the BizRate Research Customer Certified Merchant Program. The program allows customers to complete surveys at the point of sale and after delivery of their order. This feedback is collected on seven key satisfaction metrics.

According to BizRate's web site, MidwayUSA demonstrated outstanding performance in all seven categories from September 1, 2005 to August 31, 2006. Of the 58 online retailers receiving the award, MidwayUSA was one of only four within the category of Sports and Outdoor Goods.
