MidwayUSA Celebrates 37th Anniversary

MidwayUSA Founders Larry and Brenda Potterfield opened a small retail gun shop June 18, 1977, under the name Ely Arms, Inc. Over the last 37 years they’ve grown their business into a successful online retailer of Just About Everything® for Shooting, Reloading, Gunsmithing and Hunting. This week MidwayUSA celebrates its 37^th year of business, and 37 years of serving Customers.

“A lot has changed over the years. With nearly 500 employees, the MidwayUSA campus is quite a lot bigger now and we carry quite a few more products than we did back in ’77 - over 100,000 and still counting!” said Larry Potterfield, Founder and CEO of MidwayUSA. “One thing that hasn’t changed is our focus on the Customer.
