MidwayUSA Hires Michelle Prowant as Product Specialist
by MidwayUSAMidwayUSA is expanding, and that means great new opportunities for employment. Recently, MidwayUSA expanded its Optics product line team by adding Michelle Prowant as a new Product Specialist. In her new role, Prowant will be responsible for managing product information, creating product-centric content for the website and identifying great new Optics products in the market.
“MidwayUSA’s strategy of promoting from within has given me the opportunity to grow with the organization while working in different departments,” said Prowant. “I will miss interacting with our great Customers in the Contact Center, but I know my new responsibilities will still have a direct impact on Customer satisfaction. I’m honored to work for an organization whose primary focus is the Customer.”
A long-time employee of MidwayUSA, Prowant spent the last three years as a Contact Center Supervisor. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska.
“Michelle’s desire to learn about the products we sell, dedication to the company, passion for the industry and support of the NRA all made her a great fit for this position,” said Optics Product Line Manager Michael Jennings. “I am happy to have her on my Optics team and look forward to helping her career progress at MidwayUSA.
