MidwayUSA Lowers Delivery Charges for Customers

MidwayUSA, a catalog and Internet retailer offering Just About Everything® for Shooting, Reloading, Gunsmithing and Hunting is excited to announce the addition of two new options to lower delivery charges for Customers.
Effective immediately, MidwayUSA's delivery systems will automatically select the lowest delivery charge from a variety of delivery services, including two new options – USPS Priority Flat Rate or UPS Basic.
UPS Basic - Dependable, economical ground service with final delivery made by UPS or USPS. Delivery is typically one day longer than UPS Ground with full tracking capability to final delivery. UPS Basic is available to residential addresses in the lower 48 States. US Postal Service Priority Flat Rate - An express shipping option for one low rate per box size—anywhere in the United States. There's virtually no weighing or calculating rates – if it fits in the box, it ships and reaches the destination in 2-3 days.
MidwayUSA's website and Customer service agents will automatically offer the lowest cost Postage, Handling and Insurance (PHI) option for each shipment, but Customers can choose from at least eleven different delivery options. MidwayUSA has also negotiated a smaller postage charge for Customers who use UPS to deliver to their commercial address.

With MidwayUSA, you pay the delivery charges associated with getting your order from MidwayUSA to your door. We're excited about these new options because it will save our Customers money – an average of $1.94 in delivery charges on each qualifying UPS Basic shipment and more on Flat Rate shipments. For example, ordering two boxes of 500 Rainier 45 Caliber Bullets used to cost $21.42 to ship to Kansas or $39.72 to ship to California. With Flat Rate, we've lowered the cost to $11.67. For compact, heavy orders, this is a real money-saver for our Customers."
