MidwayUSA Promotes Adam Augustine to Vice President - eCommerceby MidwayUSA
MidwayUSA’s Adam Augustine was recently promoted to the position of Vice President – eCommerce.
Prior to his employment with MidwayUSA, Adam was a researcher in academia and earned a Master’s and Ph.D. in Psychological Science from Washington University in St. Louis. He began his career with MidwayUSA in 2013 as Customer Relationship Manager, where he was responsible for managing, documenting, improving, and executing Customer Relationship Management, Marketing Operations, Internet Advertising, and Voice of the Customer processes. Most recently, Adam served as Vice President – Customer Service, where he provided strategic leadership to the Customer Service department and was responsible for the analysis and improvement of Customer Service Operations, Interaction Management, and Quality Control.

In his new position, Adam will provide strategic leadership for web development, advertising, and marketing teams responsible for the analysis, and improvement of the MidwayUSA website, Internet and Television Advertising, Public Relations, Campaign Management, Search Engine Optimization, and Promotions processes.
