MidwayUSA’s Ben Rogers was recently promoted to the position of Application Development Manager – Logistics.

Ben began his career at MidwayUSA as an Application Developer Intern, shortly after graduating from the University of Missouri in 2016. After a couple months, Ben was promoted to Application Developer, providing support for the Merchandising and Order Taking teams.

“I'm excited for the opportunity to lead and grow with a great group of developers,” said Ben. "MidwayUSA's culture and values give a strong foundation for learning in not only technical skills, but in some of our favorite hobbies such as shooting and fishing. The amount of camaraderie between co-workers is great and always leads to a conversation where I learn something new every day.”

In his new position, Ben is responsible for managing the application development team while providing strategic and tactical insight for outbound Logistics applications.

“Ben has proven himself as a highly productive developer on each team he has been on and was a leader in our transition to our first distribution center, willing to take on any challenge offered,” said Dan Stokes, Director of Development – Products. “In this new role he will manage the developers and system for outbound logistics operations. He’s a natural leader and team-builder and will excel in this new role!”
