MidwayUSA is pleased to announce the promotion of Brian Rose to the position of Engineering Manager – Quality Management Systems. Rose began his career at MidwayUSA in 2016 as an Industrial Engineer and has spent the last several years engaged in process improvement projects. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2005, and his Master of Science in Aviation Safety from the University of Central Missouri in 2010.

“I have always embraced continuous process improvement, both as an Employee and as a Customer,” said Rose. “I look forward to leading the development and refinement of our processes in order to improve the overall Customer experience with MidwayUSA.”

In his new position, Rose will be responsible for ensuring the organization analyzes and improves existing business processes and systems for effectiveness, efficiency, and to achieve Operational Goals. He will also be responsible for driving the analysis, identification, and implementation of improvement opportunities across the organization.

“Brian’s experience working on process improvement projects in nearly every department at MidwayUSA has given him a great systems perspective,” said Deanna Herwald, VP of Quality Management Systems. “His strong analytical skill set and his understanding of Lean and Six Sigma will help him provide exceptional value in his new role as Engineering Manager.”
