MidwayUSA Promotes Brian Rose to Vice President - Logisticsby MidwayUSA
MidwayUSA’s Brian Rose was recently promoted to the position of Vice President – Logistics.
Rose began his career at MidwayUSA in 2016 as an Industrial Engineer and has spent several years engaged in process improvement projects. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Missouri – Columbia in 2005, and his Master of Science in Aviation Safety from the University of Central Missouri in 2010. Most recently, Brian served as Engineering Manager – Logistics, where his primary responsibilities included managing and improving the Warehouse Management System, Inventory Control, and Maintenance processes.

In his new position, Brian will provide strategic leadership to the Logistics department and will be responsible for all warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving. Brian reports to Matt Fleming, President & CEO of MidwayUSA.
“Brian has been an extremely valuable member of our team for many years,” said Matt. “He’s played a critical role in helping us transition to our new state-of-the-art distribution center over the past year. He’s helped create a new organizational structure in Logistics and has risen to become the leader of that department. He will play an important role in helping MidwayUSA serve Customers better than ever with our new and improved logistics capabilities.”
Brian continues to serve as an active member of the Missouri Army National Guard, for which he has served over 15 years, deploying several times to support the national interests of the United States. He is also a lifetime NRA member, an avid shooter, and a reloader, and is passionate about hunting elk, deer, and birds of all sorts.
