MidwayUSA’s Christopher Cauley was recently promoted to the position of Vice President – Customer Service.

His career with MidwayUSA began in 2002, first as a Logistics Specialist, and then as a Customer Service Representative. After earning his BA in Business Administration in 2008 from Westminster College, he accepted a full-time position in Merchandising. Over the last 20 years, Cauley has served in a variety of roles in Logistics, Customer Service, Merchandising, eCommerce, and Marketing. Most recently, he served as Social Marketing Manager.

In his new position, Cauley will provide strategic leadership to the Customer Service department and will be responsible for the analysis and improvement of Customer Service Operations, Interaction Management, and Quality Control.
