MidwayUSA is pleased to announce the promotion of Jessica Gardner to Human Resources Specialist – Recruiting. Gardner is an NRA member and a graduate of the University of Missouri - Columbia with a degree in Agricultural Economics. She started at MidwayUSA in the Contact Center and recently held the position of Human Resources Administrative Assistant.

As a recruiter, Jessica will be responsible for systematic implementation, monitoring, training and administration of organizational policies, processes and procedures, specifically in the area of recruiting. She will work within Human Resources to attract, recruit, hire and retain high-performing Employees and support organizational goals.
