MidwayUSA Promotes Nickerson to Hunting Product Line Manager

Columbia, MO -

MidwayUSA is pleased to announce the promotion of Jason Nickerson to the position of Product Line Manager – Hunting, Archery and Camping. Nickerson earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from Northwest Missouri State University in 2004. An avid hunter and outdoorsman, he was welcomed to the MidwayUSA family in 2006 serving as a Technical Specialist. Over the last several years he has been vitally instrumental in the development of the Hunting, Archery and Camping product line, serving as both a Purchasing and Product Specialist.

“I’m thrilled at the opportunity to lead the Hunting, Archery and Camping line at a fast-growing and highly-respected company such as MidwayUSA,” said Nickerson. “I’m in an advantageous position because I helped launch the Hunting category in 2007 and have held several roles in the line over the last 8 years. I’m excited to use my product and business knowledge, in addition to strong supplier relationships, to help take these categories to the next level.”

In his new position, Nickerson will be responsible for the sales, margins, and product mix related to the Hunting, Archery and Camping categories. This position serves as the knowledge leader for Hunting, Archery and Camping products and is key to elevating MidwayUSA's product offering and information above and beyond all competitors.
