MidwayUSA Promotes Tim Holtsman to Engineering Manager

MidwayUSA is excited to announce the promotion of Tim Holtsman to Engineering Manager. Tim has been an Industrial Engineer with MidwayUSA for nearly five years, adding significant value to the organization through his work on process design, process improvement, and analysis projects. Holtsman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Manufacturing Systems Engineering and an MBA, both from the University of Missouri, and is an ASQ certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

In his new position as Engineering Manager, Tim will lead the Process Management area for the Quality Management Systems (QMS) department where he will continue to identify and execute process improvement projects across the entire organization.
“Tim has been a tremendous asset to MidwayUSA throughout his tenure,” said Deanna Herwald, Vice President of Quality Management Systems. “I’m confident he will continue to deliver increasing value to our organization and outperform our expectations in his new role.”
