Potterfields Contribute $30k to June’s Constituent Challenge Winners by MidwayUSA
Columbia, MO -

Larry and Brenda Potterfield, owners of MidwayUSA, recently contributed $30,000 in endowment funds to June’s MidwayUSA Foundation Constituent Challenge winners. The Constituent Challenge is an incentive program rewarding active shooting teams that raise money for their Team Endowment Account with the MidwayUSA Foundation.  Each month, the top three teams that add the most money into their account win additional endowment funds.

  • First place – East Grand Forks Senior High School from East Grand Forks, Minnesota received $15,000
  • Second place – The Bald Knob Bulldogs Trap Shooting Team from Bald Knob, Arkansas received $10,000
  • Third place – The Blocton Bullets Junior Marksmanship Team from Woodstock, Alabama received $5,000

MidwayUSA Foundation’s Constituent Challenge will continue through November.

In addition to the Constituent Challenge, the Potterfields contribute a 2:1 match for every private donation made to the Foundation.  Larry and Brenda’s 2:1 contribution for June was $230,255.

“Shooting teams provide wonderful opportunities for our youth, however there is often little or no funding available, so it’s up to us to help,” said Larry Potterfield, Founder and CEO of MidwayUSA.
