Howard Vincent, President and CEO of Pheasants Forever, Inc., recently presented Larry and Brenda Potterfield, founders of MidwayUSA, with Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever’s No Child Left Indoors Legacy Award at the 2015 National Pheasant Fest & Quail Classic in Des Moines, Iowa. The award honors the Potterfield’s visionary leadership and commitment to youth shooting sports and recognizes the legacy their partnership with Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever is creating for the benefit of the next generation of young shooters and hunters.

Through their generosity over the last several years, Larry and Brenda have helped Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever create Forever Shooting Sports, the organization’s comprehensive shooting sports program. As a result, Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever chapters have hosted nearly 4,000 shooting events involving over 180,000 kids and have helped raise almost $4.5M for shooting team endowments.
