It's more than twice the weight of the factory plastic rod and guaranteed not to break or fail. The new Gen 4 Dual Spring recoil system is designed to reduce recoil. Now, with the added weight of the Stainless Steel Guide Rod you can control muzzle flip so that you can shoot faster and more accurately especially in rapid fire and double tap drills. It's a precision drop-in part, machined and assembled in the USA by people who know and love the Glock handgun. Uses the same factory weight springs except on a stainless steel body which is much stronger and heavier. Replaces factory plastic guide rod in seconds.
