This is not loaded ammunition.
The 356 Winchester was developed in 1980 alongside the 307 Winchester for the Model 94 XTR lever-action rifle. It is almost on par with the 358 Winchester and can produce up to 2,460 fps velocity from a rifle with 24 inch barrel. The 356 Winchester is more than adequate for hunting large game such as elk at close to medium ranges.
