The Vism Stand Alone Ballistic Plate Level IIIA is constructed of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) creating a light weight ballistic plate. The Level IIIA is capable of stopping 9mm and .44 Mag rounds up to 1,400 FPS. The plate construction allows for maximum coverage and fits the user with great comfort, while the flexible material conforms to various shapes.  The Level IIIA Ballistic Plate is fully sealed to protect against liquids, chemicals, and other harsh elements. This Ballistic Plate is ideal for VISM Plate Carriers as well as body armor carriers, backpacks, laptop cases, luggage and more.
