Lug-Lok AR-15 Upper Receiver Vise Block 

The upper receiver was not designed to be put in a vise. Yet common upper receiver vise blocks can apply enough inward pressure to deform the upper when torqued. Real Avid decided to move the upper support to the strongest part of your gun - the star chamber.

Just secure the Lug-Lok Vise Block in your bench vise at an optimal angle for the work you need to do. The non-marring, aircraft-grade aluminum rod slides through the upper receiver and into the star chamber. Precision milled lugs solidly fit into the star chamber. And the exclusive Lock Knob locks it all into position while in use.

Now, you've got a rock solid foundation with no external pressure on the upper. Go ahead and apply all the torque you need to break free that stubborn barrel nut or crusty suppressor. Smart-Fit AR-15 Lower Receiver Magazine Well Vise Block

A magwell vise block is an invaluable tool for working on your AR15. The problem is ... different AR manufacturers build magazine wells to different tolerances. Old school vise blocks are meant to be one size fits all, but actually fit few at all. You end up with your gun shifting all over the place due to a loose fit or having to shave down the block to fit one particular gun. Then you have to buy another block and customize it to fit another gun and so on...

 

The Real Avid Smart-Fit AR15 Vise Block uses a patent-pending system to easily create a solid, custom fit to each and every AR15 magwell it goes into. Just inset the top of the Smart-Fit AR15 Vise Block into the magazine well. Turn the adjustment handle on the bottom of the block to snug it up, then secure the knurled bottom of the block into your bench vise. Rock solid support!

 

If you need to work on the underside of your gun, invert the lower receiver and insert the Smart-Fit AR15 Vise Block into the magazine well ... from the top. Re-snug and tighten the block back into the vise. The lower is now perfectly positioned for any work on its underside. As an added bonus, included is the AR15 Pivot Lock. For hassle-free cleaning, the AR15 Pivot Lock holds the gun in an optimal position for hands-free access to the chamber and barrel.
