Product Overview

Add a little spice to your life with Backwoods Jerky Seasonings. They make it simple with easy to follow instructions and pre-measured cure in every package. Marinate strips or mix with ground meat and use with the LEM Jerky Cannon (291755)! The seasoning works well with both wild game and domestic meat.

Cajun: A bayou classic - a blend of celery, onion & cayenne pepper.

Mesquite: Native to Texas and much of Mexico, this smoky southwest flavor is not to be missed.

Cracked Pepper: Cracked peppercorns add a kick. Contains mustard.

BBQ: Smoky spices come together in a perfect blend for BBQ lovers.

Original: This blend has been around from the days of the western frontier. LEM's exclusive blend brings this traditional recipe to new heights.
Hickory: Infused with the inviting aroma of hickory smoke, this seasoning carries a rich, slightly sweet flavor that will leave you wanting more.

Hot: This Hot favorite gets its flavor from the classic Original blend and its heat from crushed red peppers.

Teriyaki: Strong hints of brown sugar give this popular Asian blend a sweet finish.

Jalapeno: Experience the fiery flavor of this Mexican pepper.

Note: Do not use more cure than recommended. This product is manufactured in a facility that processes tree nuts.
