Prospective Supplier Information

Thank you for your interest in becoming a MidwayUSA Supplier. Prospective Suppliers should have an established and reputable presence within the Shooting, Hunting, and Outdoor industry, are typically expected to meet minimum annual sales volumes, and offer interesting, unique products which will generate long-term value and are ready for sale to retail Customers.

Please take this short survey to see if you are eligible for consideration to be a Supplier with MidwayUSA.

  1. Are you able to receive orders via email or EDI?

We are almost completely paperless and communications via email are much more efficient, which allows us to serve potential Suppliers more effectively.

It looks like you don’t have an active email address or are not EDI capable. We require an active email address in order to place orders and maintain quick and effective communications.

  2. Are you able to take electronic payments such as EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)?

In order to ensure that we always make our payments accurately and on time, we have eliminated manual processing of payments, including pay by credit card. All payments are made via EFT.

  3. Are you able to provide an electronic version of your price list?

It looks like you don’t have an electronic price list. To accurately and efficiently set up a product, we enter the information into our product management system. Having this information provided electronically (in Excel) helps ensure accuracy and speeds up the process.

  4. These next few questions will help us understand how quickly your product will be ready for retail Customers.

  5. Is your product fully developed and ready for introduction into the Retail Market?

We are a distributor, not a manufacturer. We offer market-ready products for sale to our Retail Customers. We do not have a mission to develop ideas and patents into sellable products.

  6. Do you have manufacturing or production capacity to meet your projected demand?

Suppliers must be able to provide timely delivery and replenishment of product to maintain sales and achieve high levels of Customer satisfaction.

  7. Please select the primary product category that best fits your product offering. If there are multiple categories, select the best option.

  8. Please answer the following questions to help us understand the value proposition of your product offering.

  9. What is the minimum amount of sales revenue you expect to generate with MidwayUSA in the first year?

    $
  10. What are the projected margins (percentage) for your product offering?

It looks like there might not be enough sales volume to cover the cost of setting up and managing your product. To make sure we cover all our operating expenses, we must achieve a minimum sales and margin dollar goal, so we can support the requirements of our stakeholders.
