2. Pick Your Application Type

Choose whether to purchase your silencer as an individual or using an NFA Gun Trust. Our partner, Silencer Central, offers free National Firearms Act (NFA) Gun Trusts with your purchase. A trust allows sharing ownership of silencers with others. Although the National Firearms Act (NFA) tax stamp cost is now $0, the paperwork must still be submitted for each silencer you purchase.

Complete Your Profile

Wait for CLEO Notification

Once your Form 4473 is signed, Silencer Central will contact the chief law enforcement officer in your area, a legal requirement, giving them 7 days of notice that your silencer will be shipping to you.

3. Delivered to Your Door

Once your approval is finalized, your silencer is ready to ship. At this stage, we work with a licensed dealer (FFL) in your state who handles the final transfer. Your silencer ships direct to your door.
